No shit. But I mean what mindset is he in? Vos standard morals is slightly above Ventress/on par with Kenobi, Darkside Vos stomped Ventress and outfought Dooku. There is kind of a difference

Yes

Honestly? Team 2, but only because Malgus can't hold up against the guy who pretty quickly put down Dooku in a duel.

And even this Anakin can give Windu quite the fight, and is the better of the two on his team.

Windu > Vader, Vos > Malgus. Team 2.
