Apocalypse melds Diana into the ground or kills her with a gesture, and Magneto guts Superman with her sword and shield.

Apocalypse turns both Clark and Diana into a Pyramid and then he will write "Krypton sucks ! Hail Mutants , preferably more powerful ones." on the top of it.

Apoc is also faster since he could react to Quicksilver.

Also if Erik and En combine their shields there is no way the other 2 could brake it.

He could also just atomize WW gear.
