Who would you put your money on?

May wins. May has waaaaaaaayyyyyy more feats than movie tasha and they both seem to be about dead even in h2h (with may relying on it a bit more). While tasha does have her electrical widow's sting gauntlets for quick incapacitation, may also has her icers (which have put down legit superhumans). While movie Natasha has fought supervillains, the two that she fought (winter soldier and crossbones) absolutely raped her in h2h. Meanwhile, May has legitimately thrown down with everything from kree soldiers, to inhumans, to super soldiers, to cyborgs, to a grant ward (who's h2h skills were considered to be around Natasha's level) and usually pulled the win out of nowhere.
