Surfer.

He has the speed and power to traverse through the Universe with no issue, absorb physical attacks into his board, phase through solid objects and create giant holes from one side of the Earth to the other.

Even without phasing or board absorbing, Doom's and HT's attacks do nothing to him.

He's on another level.

Honestly SS could be the most powerful depiction of a superhero we've had on screen IMO. Well would be between him, Reeve Superman and Dr. Manhattan.
