She killed that mutant with spikes in his face and his companion with a thought in X3; she killed numerous soldiers and everyone remaining on the battlefield in X3 for that matter just by willing it...

She's the only reason the Xmen were able to destroy Apocalypse, prior to that his shields were withstanding Magneto hurling untold tons of metal rubble on him, Cyclop's blasts, as well as Storm's lightning- she atomizes him.

Not sure how Clarks durability or Wonder Womans magic items will hold up against Phoenix but what I am sure of is that she can be stabbed and killed so until someone can show me that Phoenix can turn these two to dust I'm going with the double team for the win.

Haven't seen apocalypse yet, but if logan can distract her enough for the beast stab, i imagine clark can distract her enough for the wonder woman stab...asuming he's in direct sunlight.
