Round 1: Punisher takes on Bane's army.
Frank has access to the weapons and gears he used in the movie.

Round 2: Pure H2H.

The fight takes place in the sewers of Gotham.

Who wins and why. And who punches harder?

As far as I know Bane never caved a man's face in with a single punch.

Frank should be able to take his blows and then just break his mask.
