1) Grievous definitely.
2) Peak Grievous wins in a good fight, going by the default setting, but add some more variables and it becomes random given their varying skillsets.

TCW Series, he ran from her when they went down into the Sewers and she almost killed him.

What fight are you talking about? The one with Savage?

If so, lol. Dooku ran from Savage. Once in the "sewers" he stomped Ventress and she fled.

Yeah pretty much every time Dooku duels Ventress he utterly shits on her.

When poisoned plus facing her and her sisters or when she has the aid of a superior combatant than her... yes, yes he did struggle... Otherwise, she gets her arse handed to her. Even Dark Disciple, which spits in Dooku's face consistently, has him dancing around her.

Grievous in all.
