Well I don't make mods, but I do use them lol. Mostly I use them for Elder Scrolls games. Especially Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim are playable without mods, but Morrowind is more difficult without mods(and not in a fun kind of way).

It's been a while since I played Jedi Academy, but I did have mods for it. Mods that added new custom heads for your character to have and also new clothes. Oh and a mod that made the graphics better. I used mods for KOTOR as well, in order to restore cut content, etc.
