Tuesday, I jammed a Q-Tip inside my ear. It hurt really bad. It's gotten better, but it still hurts.
Should I see a doctor?

If so then yes as you may have perforated your eardrum.

I'm just going by injuries i've seen from explosions i've been involved with; more IED than WebMD...

Lets Test for Dizziness. Go find something very tall then climb to the top of it and dance around on it.

2nd Test will depend on the out come from this one...

And if you survive that test. Preform the same procedure you did with the q-tip but use a toothpick instead. Lets see if the results vary any.
