Peak Exar Kun is comparable to if not greater than ROTS Sidious IMO so adding Ragnos just tips the scale a little more. I'd say 5.5/10 Exar wins alone. But if this is Dark Empire Sidious he WRECKS Marka Ragnos and toys with Kun before impaling him.

There's no way Sidious is stomping 2 of the greatest Sith Lords (top 10. Although whether Ragnos deserves to be in it is debatable after getting raped by a teenage Padawan.)

Nah, Beerus is a relatively casual universe buster, while in general Galactus kind of isn't. Not seeing Galactus tank Beerus' Ki Blasts, especially if he goes 100%.

Being a Solar System Buster and summoning energies to destroy planets just by clashing blades with Horus whilst holding back strike me as above Thanos.

Ehh? I mean, Thanos has tanked multiple attacks from Odin, defeated a cube being, stomped Silver Surfer and effortlessly tanked his attacks, etc. I don't see what the GEoM has that can kill the Mad Titan.
