Top 10 I'd like to think. Ragnos is implied to be the strongest Ancient Sith barring Kun since he brought the Golden Age of the Sith and rules it for 100 years. Muurs spirit>19 BBY Vader, I would say Prime Muur>Prime Vader and Muur is said to be around Ragnos's level of strength. A Prime Nihilus according to Traya to be rivaling the power of the Ancient Sith. Note that isn't taking into account his drain just his raw power since Traya said Ancient Sith didn't use Nihilus Drain cause it'd turn them into Nihilus.

Ragnos feats/etc.

While not everything there is presented as precisely as I'd want it, I'm posting it out of laziness; it has far more evidence than I could provide in short notice to dispel some of the frankly bizarre assumptions about the character.

Some of you who think he's Malak level ought to read the first half if nothing else.
