TV? Palpatine choking Count Dooku across the galaxy.
Movies? Palpatine throwing those pods and killing the B-Team.
Games? Vitiate draining Ziost and becoming Valkorion.

For lightsaber feats Grievous taking on those Jedi on Hypori is the best TV feat. For force feats that would be Sidious choking Dooku as Ant said.

From movies that would be Palpatine's feats again as mentioned by Ant.

For games it would be Valk draining Ziost and Galen shifting a Star Destroyer and destroying a Star Destroyer with pure force energy.
