hal jordan def can based on blasting feats, i think thor MIGHT be able to pull it off, i think he an tbh, didnt see anything in quasars series to suggest he can and dont know about him outside of that. series was very forgettable but had its moments. supes has accomplished this. surfer should be able to as well based off space cheese
