⊕ K'Kruhk - after he woke up abandoned after the fight with Grievous.
⊕ Qui-Gon Jinn - after being stabbed by Darth Maul and laying on the floor.
⊕ Darth Bane - the version laying near-dead with fried orbalisks.
⊕ Johun Othone - after losing his hand.
⊕ Kyle Katarn - after being impaled in the chest by Darth Caedus and barely speaking, laying in the sewers.

Obi Wan obviously, but why handicap Bane? Smacks of double jeopardy to me.
