In a comic though, I could totally see FB expecting a punch to the face and instead getting kicked in the nuts. Then, while he's clutching both of his shattered boys, herc gives him the worst nipple twister of his life, and while he's howling in pain and anger, he gets poked in the eyes, spun around by his cape, and thrown miles away.
