I quit smoking cold Turkey on December 14th, been going well for me.

I think at times the music was a bit loud n couldn't hear what people saying as clearly

It's good but sometimes the music is slightly distracting, I think it should be quieter when people are talking, like at 2:37

My gf quit a few years ago and she did it could turkey. She said it was way it would work for her. She either smokes or she doesn't.

Longest i ever quit (and it was cold turkey) was the two months i spent in basic. But i was kept so busy/made so tired, i barely noticed.

Easier to take up heroin habit and quit and not much more expensive than a pack of cigarettes.

I accidentally tried heroin once.
That was a bad afternoon.
