Ok, awhile back, McDonald's changed their nugget recipe to something healthier, stripped it of all the BS.

I personally think they taste a lot better, what do you think?

Thou if you think about it everything they sell makes them a profit and the nuggets are still really cheap...

Did they really change?

Who cares about the price, its more about how healthy the food is.

IMO, it tastes better, its crispier, and its healthier.

With the price of the nuggets staying the same, I think its a lot better.

Havent noticed any difference in flavor, and thats all i care about!!!

I'm not as big as I was, but I'm still over 230lb.

So yeah.

I also regularly lift.

Don't walk that much though, and that was evident about 2 days ago when I was drained after walking a short distance.

To everyone, lifting and possibly eating healthy doesn't mean you should skip leg day, your legs are still gonna be able to take 0 punishment if you don't work them out.

I go around my old man knees for decent leg work.

Been a long time since I had Mcdonalds nuggets. I usually go for a quarter pounder or a double quarter pounder. Sometimes a Big Mac.

Big Macs have consistently gone down in quality since the 90s.

I miss the McPizza. Not eating it mind you but watching others try to eat that Molten lava hand grenade.

Sometimes I miss the dark meat nuggets.

I liked the McRib; they need to bring it back for a limited time again.

I would imagine KFC rules India, sure McDonalds has veggie burgers there but that whole no cow rule really has to limit them.
