I think Luke could hold off Yoda and Plagueis together for some amount of time, and I don't think Wankatine would take that much to overpower Valkorion, but that might just be me.

Not sure if the last two count as entity-like beings, but Soa's an enigma. He could be below Revan or above Luke for all we know. I'd say from his feats that he's not on their tier, depending on how no-limits-fallacy you go with the mind trap.
