Yeah, Ultron has inherited his personality from his father. Just like Pym, he loves girls (but can occasionally get violent with them).

Brainiac also had universal telepathy. And that wasn't even TRUE Brainiac. True Brainiac is in a whole other league it's not even funny.

If this were a physical fight it'd be different, but this favors Brainiac i think.
