He was, but if you want to follow handbooks so bad, then Parker got promoted to Class 20.

Well back then he might have only been been that strong but funny thing is the pic with his bio was of him putting a running Rhino in a head lock which weights 2 tons

I mean, I'm all for Bullseye having enhanced reflexes, but then why DD doesn't have them at the same level?

And why Scorpion is at Class 25 when Lizard is at Class 10? Should be the other way round.
