Who wins and how?

From what little I've read of Ikaros' series one time (and saw on some character profile thing), Ikaros is nowhere near a level to fight DBZ characters, let alone one from after the Namek saga.

Yeah, this fight is a brutal massacre in 18's favor. Then 18 dismembers Ikaros and goes on to use her planet as her own personal playground, like she did to Future Trunks' Earth.
