H2H fight and then a sword fight.

Both guys get their swords.

Blade is more skilled, but Kaulder is no slouch. He will be struggling to keep up with Blade the whole fight but will eventually outlast him. Blade will have no way of putting him down.

Blade wins 10/10. He outclasses Kaulder in every category. Strength, Speed, Skill, Durability, Agility, etc...

Kaulder's only advantage is that he's immortal, but he's not immune to getting dismembered or knocked out.

You don't think Kaulder could get one win? He was over 800 years old so he has a lot of experience.

He does indeed have experience. But in a fight, Blade has plenty of feats that show he'd take Kaulder down.
