Obi-Wan's nowhere near Revan's actual level, let alone where Avellone has him. It's not unreasonable to suggest that Surik's Force deafening wouldn't have some effect on Obi-Wan.

Nova's right Meetra's never actually used this power on anyone greater than Oni Wan and the quote is completely baseless, but lets just assume she can actually use it because it's so "reasonable" to assume she can.

For what it's worth, she did have "an aptitude for severing another's connection to the Force" prior to the Mandalorian Wars. If she's more powerful than Obi-Wan by a good margin, then she should be able to affect him to an extent, at the very least.

Probably because Silver himself respected JXM as his equal in SW, whilst he maintained a much less friendly tone when debating with most people (including me, at first).
