Where do people have the protags, in saber skill and Force power?

Nox is the strongest force user. HoT is the best lightsaber combatant.

I'm asking where do people rank the protags in comparison with other characters on the versus board.

Nox falls somewhere between Dooku and Vader as a Force user imo.

Well, they're all certainly weaker than Droma prior to KOTFE.

Based on the hype I've heard about Uliq and my knowledge on the Sith Warrior and his feats, I'm leaning towards Uliq here (might not even be that close, but I can't say for sure without playing through the SW story myself).
