Both combatants are in their prime; battle takes place in a clearing in the Amazon Rainforest.

Sabers: Mara has a decisive edge in speed and her strength advantage are a noticeable edge against Makashi (Snapping multiple necks with ease, KOING stormtroopers with a kick, breaking Nom Anor's bones), she's also more skilled (beating Alema Rar, beating Lumiya/fighting evenly with Lumiya (once during the Rebellion era/LOTF), beating Yomin Carr, fighting evenly with Corran Horn, slicing through scores of Vong Soldiers, etc) not to mention having the ferocity to keep Jacen pressured in a duel should give her a decisive offensive edge against Shaak who struggled with pre-prime Galen.

Force: Not sure who takes this round though Shaak really has no way to harm Mara in any way, given she has better feats with barrier and healing which can negate any sort of injury she receives from telekinesis. This round probably ends in a draw

All out: Mara is noticeably more skilled, she wouldn't struggle with Magnaguards like Shaak, has better skill feats than pre-Vader duel Galen, and losing to Grievous. So yeah she should win everytime with mid difficulty
