WW has shield, bracelets, sword, and lasso.
Loki has his staff.

With his natural guile, cunning, and illusions, Loki is able to make this a decent fight...

But in the end, Wonder Woman is too fast, too tough, and just too much for Loki to handle...

She tanks his best, and eventually catches up to him and kills him...

Wonder Woman 10/10, but it isnt a stomp 10/10...

I guess Loki can get a few wins by luring WW with his illusions and stabbing her in the back, but WW should still win the majority.

If she's susceptible to the specter's mental domination, Loki can potentially win this with a single hit.

That's 'if'. I'd say that there is a much better chance that Loki eats some Amazonian blade here. Plus, if Diana's shield can block attacks from Doomsday, the scepter blasts probably won't do much. The only serious problem WW will have to deal with are Loki's illusions.

Wonder Woman was also displaying super speed in her fight against Doomsday. This isn't a fight, at all. Loki dies easily.
