Did Plaguies Death give him a power boost?

I'm talking Sidious at the beginning of TPM.

Let me guess "Wtf, why he wins 9/10 in individual fights, but 10/10 in all out?"

Now let me explain. Palpatine is this guy who works best when he unleashes his full destruction and full might. In sabers alone and Force alone he pummels Revan obviously, but given his style and tactic him fighting all out is better than just "Force+sabers" would look like in numbers. He is the guy to pressure you with psychotic speed, full aggression, utter destruction, and precision at the same time.

Revan can survive Palpatine's sabers only pressure, or Force attacks only (this one especially)... but he can't survive the mixed pressure of both at the same time from guy of such fantastic speed and power and precision.

Palpatine's 'precision' yep Revan's done. I'll give my argument when I wake up.
