Abeloth isn't "easily" beating someone who beat both Palpatine and Yoda (at once) easily.

Also, the Son and Daughter got stomped by Abeloth.

Nowhere is it stated that the Son and Daughter got stomped, and Anakin did far better against Palpatine/Yoda, a superior duo to Luke/Krayt.

That doesn't mean a stomp. And the Son and Daughter do beat Abeloth in the future after possible power growths.

The Son and the Daughter only ever "fought" Abeloth according to a Killik mural and an ancient, befuddled interpreter. Apocalypse goes to great lengths to say that the tale could be absolute BS.

It's the equivalent of an Alzheimer's patient teaching history from her coloring book.
