Hex really doesnt have much feat wise hand to hand.
Would make a bloody good gun fight though, hell even a Bowie knife fight would be competitive (which this really isnt)

Fury is a trained agent thats thrown hands with Captain America and the likes. Hex is a brawler. I cant see this as being anywhere close if its a H2H confrontation.
