At this point Outlander's prolly>Arcann who's pre-prime handling of valk's lightning is incredibly impressive, though I'm not sure how to rate that feat but at first glance it seems mor eimpressive than what's Bane's done.

Skillwise, I'm not sure who to side with

outlander, yea, being superior to arcann should be sufficient.
