They both have extendable Vibroblades IIRC Correctly, so Melee will come into play.
X2 is armed with an Electrostaff, X1 is armed with a Force Pike.
Besides that, X1 and X2 have the standard soldier gear, with the exception of having a sniper rifle on-hand, and a wrist rocket each.
Boba and Jango have their standard equipment.
