The fight takes place in Stalingrad from Enemy at the Gates.

Who wins and why?

Grammaton Cleric wins, his gunkata allows him to predict bullet trajectories and evade, thereby negating Deadshot's uncanny aim. He's also faster.

He never went against a guy who can ricochet sniper shots. It all really depends on the environment. Also Floyd has the range advantage.

If Floyd's in a position to surprise and ricochet a bullet, that would counter Preston's gunkata. But that's a big "if".

Like I said, this fight depends on the environment. They'll be moving around, utilizing cover, etc... Unlike most of the people John fought, Floyd is a tactical assassin as well as a badass soldier. If he takes a shot and he sees John dancing around and dodging his bullets, he'll find a sniper position and try to pop him like that.

You forget that Preston's gunkata allows him to return fire while evading fire so not sure Floyd's going to have the chance to hit and run etc until he figures out a winning angle.

But sure, in a given setting/environment that favors him, Floyd could win.

The dude was pretty accurate with his shots, and he didn't even have to look in the direction he was shooting in at some points. That combined with the fact that he can predict bullet trajectories makes it a pretty easy win.
