I think he falls anywhere between three and six. He has no chance at six or upward.

I think Foundry Revan takes the Outlander, though I could see Outlander MAYBE making it Novel Revan; Outlander doesn't pass Novel Revan though.

Foundry Revan absolutely does not take the Outlander, nor should he be that high.

I'd put him above Revan at the start of the Mandalorian Wars, but not KotOR Revan, Darth Revan, or even Revan by the end of the Mandalorian Wars.
