Vader 8/10 holistically

Sabers:
Vader 10/10 stomps normally
Small edge to Vader 6/10 holistically

All out:
Vader 10/10 stomps normally
Vader 7/10 in good fights holistically

Vader, he's more durable and is a far better duelist. In a Force powers only contest Visas might be able to contend for a time, as she has a lot of variety and has some impressive feats. But Vader's raw power and mastery of his abilities will win it for him. It's not a stomp, but Visas won't be pressing Vader at all.
