Scenario 2: H2H Who wins?

I guess Ackbar would be considered the better General, though Stazi is probably a top 5 military strategist in the mythos imo.

H2H Stazi should mop him up, though.

Stazi vs Ackbar is a fight for the ages in space. Stazi's small fleet actions and ability to evade and get key victories was really impressive, he fought while outnumbered for 8 years and acquitted himself very impressively. Honestly his specific feats impress me more, Ackbar tends to fight fairly conventionally... save for the not-inconsiderable detail of how well Ackbar was at countering Thrawn's tricks, which isn't dissimilar to how Stazi fights, so that could give him the edge.

In HtH, it's a fit Duros vs an older Mon Cal. Unless the battle is in the water, it goes to Stazi.
