As seen here Batman is clearly faster than light, and a planet destroying demi-god. So, this should be a pretty cool fight.

However, Superman is clearly faster than the speed of Bat. And he's a planet destroying god. So, he wins.

He's got garbage for actual skill though. Whereas Batman is as great a fighter as Karate Kid. On top of being as fast, and strong as Superman.
