Considering he went through a thousand lightsaber duels well after he was performing admirably against Kenobi on Tatooine, I'm going to say he's far improved since then. Muur was stalemating Vong Krayt pretty solidly, so I might actually give the pervert the win.

Well, the offensive switches from Krayt to Muur, but that's pretty natural in something as random as a lightsaber duel.
