In this battle each hero gets 3 weeks of prep equal financial backing. No alien tech borroed from friends just what they can find in their respected cities.

I doubt it would be easy.

wouldn't be easy, but this is much more in bats' wheelhouse. parker has some good prep feats but his brain doesn't work strategically as well as bruce's does. i think pete could get a couple wins and surprise bats, but in a pure prep battle, bats would win far more often than not.

Batman wins. Though it could be close. Batman has to rely on his prep every time where Parkers stats have gotten him through a lot. This should up Bruces alley just a little more than Parkers.

In real life, despite prep, Bruce would have his head kicked off first ten seconds of the fight. But comics...

In real life, that is impossibe . First.
Second, as those are comic characters, we will consider what they do as per comics. I am fan of both. I admit also without prep, it will go like SC's deathbattle.
Third, with prep of equal time and equal finance, Batman will be coming more tricky and resourceful as compared to Spidey cuz thats what he do. He has taken down far better than Spidey with prep and sometimes without prep too . So, my decision remains.
Though, if Spiderman gets much more prep than Wayne, then I will give majority to Spiderman . But equal time and money given, he can beat him. And he will be stealthy in this, you can't imagine him just waiting to get oneshot by Parker . He knows and he will do accordingly. Just some trick like using a bait , Aunt May or Mary Jane . Messing with his Spider sense, developing a chemical that can render web useless or stuff like that. Man plays dirty too.

Batman already has a plan for Parker.

It is alien tech relatively in this thread. Batman also has mother box, Hellbat, Brother eye ,etc.

I could see Parker winning if he uses his prep to do something to outright disable all tech from the battlefield (like some kind of EMP/electricity dead zone). Then it becomes Spider-Man vs. Batman with more conventional weaponry and that's a fight Peter has far better odds of winning. Absent that Bruce is likely going to drop Peter.

Prep is the only weapon Batman has . If you take that from him, even Gotham regular villains will beat him straight away like Bane, Iceman, Clayface,etc.

But according to its bio the particle was made by Peter and Reed?
