I don't know, the SSJ Rose form was powerful, but had a little more trouble beating SSJ Blue then Hit's advanced time stop would. And he didn't seem much faster, imo..

Hit can use killing techniques.

It really depends, if Hit goes all-out from the start he wins.

If Black Goku has time to analyse Hit's fighting style he wins.

Are we going manga canon for Hit or anime?
