Depends on your opinion of One Punch Man. I personally put him at around SS3 Goku as of Buu Saga, maybe higher, but nowhere near DBM Broly.

Um... Saitama is only around Final form Frieza level. Maybe like imperfect Cell/Android 16 level at the most.

Perfect Cell and above one-shots.

This is why I am asking what are Broly actual canon appearances in Dragon Ball Universe.

Broly only got knocked out by ssj3 Vegitos final dragon flash, he's a monster.

Tori should have just used a Canon broly for black.

I know that's not popular but so what neither was another evil goku and that turned out well so far
