Freed from his prison on Belsavis, Soa rampages across the galaxy, destroying everything in his path. However, the Infernal One eventually discovers another dark side entity that could challenge his power, Sel-Makor. Soa travels to Voss' Dark Heart to deal with this threat.

I'm leaning towards Soa. Sel-Makor, based on his wiki, was defeated by the Wrath and HoT; it took more than that to defeat Soa. I'm sure if Makor was weakened or what though. so I can't say for certain.

Sel-Makor lost to HoT? When?

Sel-Makor lost to the Wrath whilst contending with Vitiate for control of the Voice's body, yeah. The fact that he overcame Vitiate's will to begin with and prevented Vitiate from an heroing is pretty impressive.

I'm not sure exactly when, I never played this questline. His wiki says that the HoT fought him.
