We also need to know which versions of Superman, Darkseid, Doomsday, etc.

I'd put DCnU Darkseid at the top. Then DD Wars Doomsday.

'DD Wars' Doomsday is essentially an even more evolved H/P Doomsday. Jurgens retconned the story in such a way that Brainiac saved him from being destroyed by Entropy:

Agree with this,

Flame of pytar Despero would be second most powerful (below DS) but probably not as brawler.

DS is champ, always has been. Be it DeathStroke, DarkSeid, or DeathSeed, DS is top.
