What exactly do you mean by "nerfed"?

I think it takes more than pure brute force to defeat Destroyer. So unless Hulk comes up with a smarter plan than just punching it, Destroyer eventually wins.

Assuming nerfed means no face laser attack? So it's a slugfest? Destroyer prob has some type of Odin enchantment plus self repairing that is a bit too strong.
