John Connor wins. He has HF and is probably strong enough to to damage Colossus. It will be a long fight. A battle of attrition maybe. But John is left standing.

I don't think he's strong enough to actually hurt him. I call stalemate. Unless the nanites eventually stop working after so much trauma.
