Sunspot's rich enough to buy A.I.M. and Ray made a sentient hologram with 1990's laptop tech (That can even write to rom! Yeah, Priest obviously didn't know shite about computers. )

Yeah Ray can make light constructs like a GL.
His energy manip levels were uber actually ae to absorb all the energy of an entire dimension.
When tested by JLA equipment his energy level was stated almost infinite or something like that.

Ray is not impressive reread IC and Young Justice. He's nothing to write home about

He beat Impulse to the phone in Young Justice.

Most of his best feats come from his solo series, with some crossover from his time in Justice League Task Force.

Young Justice wasnt where he was shown well. In JLTF we see that his power is above that of many JL heavywieghts.

The reason he was considered so powerful is that he was the only one who had enough power to break him out AND the knly one who could put him back
