How would they fit in there? I'm assuming the setting or characters are scaled to size.

Grievous wins solidly. Tano puts up a good offense but Grievous outlasts her. Depending on Tano's morals as a grey jedi, I suppose she could just TK abuse Grievous, but it still wouldn't be an easy win in all-out.
