Kas'im was better than the Bane who stomped Sirak, who was the best acolyte in the Academy - by far, it seems. And there's apparently a quote suggesting that Sirak is better than a huge number of soldiers (don't remember the exact value).

Atton beat Sion, who slew "experts in lightsaber and Force combat" 45 years prior to KotOR II (before he even learned his Immortality power), and prior to studying from Jorak Uln & Uthar Wynn at the Korriban Academy, and also prior to studying from Traya at the Trayus Academy. This was in spite of Sion being able to feed off Atton's powers to increase his own and Atton being "drowned in the dark side" with Sion being amped equivalently.

Probably Atton, tbh.
