I know Maul is mentioned to have used it on Naboo but when did the other movie Sith use it?

Scourge does it, it has to be pretty basic.

Seems pretty much like Dark Rage which even Force Adepts can do(the weakest of Force Users), only difference is it's coming from the opponent instead of coming from within the person themselves.
