This is Dooku from the Invisible hand fight. This is Ulic in his prime after securing the Mandos on his side. Who wins?

Leaning Dooku. Ulic's Djem So might be a problem for him tho. Maybe.

In pure sabers, Exar Kun >= Dooku > Ulic, IMHO. Not sure about Force.

Tyranus wins. Ulic strains him, but isn't as powerful as Anakin.

Ulic. Dooku's force advantage won't come into play a great deal because Ulic isn't stupid

Ulic isn't winning sabers, either.

In all out, it favors him cleanly

Ulic wins, too strong and fast, and he has ridiculous durability and damn impressive barrier feats too.
