Anything goes. Batman has his belt, and a supply of venom, while Cap gets his shield and whatever gear he's been known to use (Shield obviously, but if he's ever had guns or whatever..)

Why give Bats venom? Bats made Superman bleed with his own blood lol with that stuff. Bats with standard gear is an excellent fight for Steve with shield.
